Josiah

Josiah was found roaming the streets of Trade Winds along with his sister Ruby. He's very selective about the people he likes, but he loves going on walks. He's not an overly affectionate dog but will occasionally seek out a few pets and scratches as long as it's on his terms. He'd do great with someone who prefers a more independent companion.
